This notice is provided under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) to inform you about the processing of personal data collected through the contact and quotation forms on lavenendustri.com.
Data controller
The data controller is LAVEN ENDÜSTRİ SAN. VE TİC. LTD. ŞTİ. Contact: info@lavenendustri.com
Personal data processed
- Identity and contact information: full name, email address, phone number.
- Company and location information: company name, city and country (quotation form).
- Request information: subject, message or note, products, quantities and requested sizes in the quotation list.
- Technical files: files you upload in the quotation form and the information they contain.
- Transaction security data: a non-reversible fingerprint value derived from the IP address, used to limit the number of requests and prevent misuse. The raw IP address is not stored for this purpose.
Purposes of processing
- Receiving and responding to your contact and quotation requests,
- Carrying out the quotation process and the related business relationship,
- Keeping request records and following up on the process,
- Ensuring site security and blocking automated or abusive requests,
- Fulfilling legal obligations.
Collection method and legal bases
Your data is collected electronically when you complete the contact and quotation forms on the website. It is processed on the following legal bases: it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract in line with your request (KVKK Art. 5/2-c); the controller must fulfil a legal obligation (Art. 5/2-ç); it is necessary for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right (Art. 5/2-e); and it is necessary for the legitimate interests of the controller, provided that your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed (Art. 5/2-f). The checkbox on the forms shows that you have read this notice and confirm the processing of your data to respond to your request.
Parties to whom data is transferred
Limited to the purposes above, your data may be shared with the infrastructure provider hosting the website, the email service used to deliver notifications, suppliers and business partners to the extent your request requires, and authorized public bodies where required by law. If the servers of a service provider are located abroad, the transfer is made in accordance with the conditions of Article 9 of KVKK. Your data is not sold and is not shared with third parties for advertising.
Retention period
Your personal data is kept for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it is processed and for the retention and limitation periods required by the relevant legislation; afterwards it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.
Your rights under Article 11 of KVKK
You may exercise the following rights by applying to the data controller:
- Learn whether your personal data is processed,
- Request information if it has been processed,
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose,
- Know the third parties to whom your data is transferred in Turkey or abroad,
- Request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate,
- Request deletion or destruction under Article 7 of the Law and request that these actions be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred,
- Object to a result against you arising from the analysis of processed data exclusively by automated systems,
- Claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
How to apply
You can send your requests, together with information verifying your identity, to info@lavenendustri.com. Applications are concluded as soon as possible depending on the nature of the request and within thirty days at the latest.
